Erika Roland, MBA, CFRE
Founder and CEO
Erika Roland began fundraising in 1995 and believes it is her divine calling. During her time at Wheaton College, she felt called to full-time Christian ministry and immediately after graduating began raising money so she could become a missionary teaching English at a University in East Asia.
She has raised millions for dollars for new buildings, renovations, debt retirement, stewardship and annual campaigns to help churches, schools and charities better fulfill their mission.
To better do God's work, she returned to school and completed her MBA from the University of St. Thomas, Minneapolis in 2016.
Erika is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE). She manages campaigns from start to finish with integrity, grace and professionalism. Despite her lifelong pursuit of a warmer climate, she lives in Bloomington, Minnesota with her husband and two children just three miles from where she grew up.
Nyla Nightingale has been gathering people and empowering them to better serve the Lord, their families, church and communities throughout her life. Nyla graduated from DePaul University with a degree in political science. She worked in a management capacity and in support of sales incentive goals.
After becoming a mother, Nyla educated young mothers and answered crisis calls, became an adaptive ski instructor focusing on students with developmental differences, and then became a full-time coordinator of volunteers for a regional hospice.
In each of these endeavors, her sense of vision to serve, ability to communicate and desire to bring people tother have made her successful.
Nyla joined The WellSpring Group in early 2018. Her ease in communicating, coaching and planning brings understanding and orderliness to complex campaign strategies. Nyla lives in Plymouth, Minnesota with her husband and her last two children who are soon to move on to college.
